EMI-Shielded Sensor & Encoder Cable Assemblies

ISO 9001 UL Recognized

Overview

Encoder and sensor feedback signals run at low voltage over long cable lengths on automation equipment, and are especially sensitive to EMI from nearby VFDs and servo drives. This line is built specifically for that shielded, low-noise signal path.

Design & Construction

Shielded Twisted Pair Construction

Low-capacitance shielded twisted pairs carry encoder and resolver signals with foil-plus-braid shielding to suppress EMI coupling from adjacent power cabling in the same cable tray.

Servo & Encoder Connector Options

Common servo drive and encoder connector families are supported, with drain-wire termination and shield grounding built to the drive manufacturer’s recommended practice.

Manufacturing Process

Assembled under our ISO 9001 quality system with UL Recognized component construction, and continuity and shield-integrity testing on every production run.
