Overview
Conveyor and material handling systems put cable through constant motion — drag chains, moving carriages, and articulating joints — where a single flex-fatigue failure can stop a production line, so continuous-flex construction is non-negotiable.

Design & Construction
Continuous-Flex Conductor Construction
Fine-strand conductors and flex-rated PUR jacketing are specified for drag-chain and moving-carriage routing, rated for millions of flex cycles without conductor fatigue.
Oil & Abrasion-Resistant Jacketing
Jacket compounds resist the lubricants, dust, and mechanical wear typical of conveyor drive stations and material handling equipment enclosures.
Manufacturing Process
Built under ISO 9001 quality controls with UL Recognized component construction and continuity/hipot testing on every harness before shipment.

Typical Applications
- Conveyor drive station and motor wiring
- Moving carriage and trolley cable assemblies
- Sortation system sensor and actuator cabling
- Palletizer and material handling control wiring
- Drag chain and cable carrier harnesses
Common installations include Conveyor drive station and motor wiring, Moving carriage and trolley cable assemblies, and Sortation system sensor and actuator cabling, where chemical and abrasion resistance for continuous duty in plant-floor conditions are the primary design drivers. The same base design can also be adapted for Palletizer and material handling control wiring and Drag chain and cable carrier harnesses with minor changes to connector type or cable length.

Quality & Certification
ISO 9001 certified with UL Recognized construction, and flex-cycle test data available for material handling OEM qualification programs.
Customization & Lead Time
Standard lead time for the Industrial Conveyor & Material Handling Wiring Harness is 4–5 weeks prototype, 2–3 weeks production. Connector type, cable length, and conductor configuration can be customized to match your exact application, including connector type, cable length, and environmental sealing to match your specific machine or enclosure design. Contact our engineering team with your drawings or requirements for a project-specific quote.
