Overview
Wearable and portable monitoring devices need cabling that stays comfortable and reliable through repeated patient movement, not a scaled-down version of bench-top equipment cable. This line focuses on lightweight, flexible construction for that use case.

Design & Construction
Flexible Micro-Cable Construction
Fine-gauge conductors with silicone or TPU insulation keep the cable lightweight and low-profile, sized down to AWG 36 for space- and weight-constrained wearable designs.
Low-Profile Connectors
Connector selection favors low-profile, patient-worn-rated options that hold up to repeated flexing at the strain-relief point, a common failure location in wearable device cabling.
Manufacturing Process
Built in the same Medical Division cleanroom as our other patient-contact assemblies, with lot-controlled biocompatible materials and finished-unit continuity testing.

Typical Applications
- Wearable biosensor patch cabling
- Portable ECG and vital-sign monitor cables
- Home-use diagnostic device cabling
- Ambulatory infusion pump wiring
- Telehealth device interconnects
Quality & Certification
Manufactured under ISO 13485:2016 and ISO 9001:2015 certification, with ISO 10993-5/-10 biocompatibility data available for patient-contact materials.
Why XinHarness
Wearable device cabling draws on the same cleanroom process controls and design-history-file discipline used across our Medical Division. See the Medical industry page, or contact us from the homepage.
