Overview
Driver-assistance systems put different demands on a harness than body wiring: high-speed data integrity for camera and radar links, tight shielding, and connectors that stay sealed through years of underbody or windshield-mount vibration. This line is built specifically around ADAS sensor interconnects.

Design & Construction
High-Speed Data Conductors
Camera and radar links run on shielded twisted pair or mini-coax constructions sized for GMSL/FPD-Link-class data rates, kept separate from power circuits in the same harness to control crosstalk.
Sealed Sensor Connectors
Sensor-side connectors are sealed to IP67 and vibration-tested per SAE J1455, since camera and radar mounting points see more sustained vibration than typical cabin wiring.
Manufacturing Process
Built on the same IATF 16949-certified lines as our other automotive harnesses, with functional continuity and shield-integrity testing on every unit before release.
