Overview
Wiring that moves with a robot arm or machine axis fails differently than static panel wiring — it fatigues at the flex point. This harness is built specifically for continuous-flex, cable-chain duty on robotics and moving-axis machine tools.

Design & Construction
Continuous-Flex Cable
Conductors use fine-stranded copper with a continuous-flex-rated PUR jacket designed for cable-chain routing, combining power and signal circuits in a single hybrid harness where the machine design allows.
Strain Relief & Sealing
Connector interfaces are sealed to IP67-IP68 with reinforced strain relief at the flex boot, sized to the specific bend radius of the customer’s cable chain or drag chain routing.
Manufacturing Process
Harnesses are built under our ISO 9001 quality system with flex-rated materials validated against millions of duty cycles, and 100% electrical testing on every production run.

Typical Applications
- Six-axis robotic arm wiring
- CNC machine tool cable-chain harnesses
- Automated guided vehicle (AGV) power/signal cabling
- Gantry and linear-axis system wiring
- Conveyor and pick-and-place equipment harnesses
Quality & Certification
Manufactured under ISO 9001:2015 certification with UL Recognized component construction and CE marking, with IP67-IP68 rated connector options for wash-down or dusty factory environments.
Why XinHarness
