Design & Construction

Traceable Wire & Shielding

Wire is built to MIL-DTL-27500 practice with ETFE/PTFE insulation and double-braid shielding where the drawing calls for it, with lot codes retained for full material traceability.

Ground Support Interconnects

GSE cabling covers test-bench interconnects, telemetry cabling, and power distribution for integration and test operations, built to the same workmanship standard as our flight-hardware-adjacent harness work.

Manufacturing Process

Production runs under our AS9100D quality management system with AS9102 First Article Inspection on new part numbers and documented process controls at every operation.
